10/25/2023 – According to a recent UNICEF report, malnutrition among children is worsening in 2023 and is expected to result in an estimated 500,000 children in Yemen being malnourished. War has raged in the country for eight years, and the devastating cycle of conflict has claimed hundreds of thousands of lives. Yemen is currently the world’s worst humanitarian crisis, with more than 4 million Yemenis displaced and an estimated 80% of the country’s 30 million people reliant on some form of assistance for their survival.
Our allies at Action Corps have worked to organize a coalition of people in the U.S. to oppose the war in Yemen. They are lobbying Congress to apply pressure to end the Saudi-led blockade and to provide more aid to Yemen.
Here’s how you can help Action Corps as they continue to organize on behalf of civilians in Yemen:
➡️Urge your representatives to end the Saudi blockade of Yemen
