Since 2013, Les Enfants du K2 has financed a boarding school in Skardu, Pakistan, that houses children of porters from the village of Askole. Without this help, the children would not be able to continue their educations. Through Les Enfants du K2, they are fed, housed, equipped for school, and helped with their school work by extra tutoring in a private institute, all free of charge.
A 2019 grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network supported the housing and education of two students that are children of porters on K2 mountain.

The Moya Centre is an organization that aims to strengthen the future of Swaziland through nurturing children. It does this by assisting with educational and psychosocial support programs for orphaned and vulnerable children. Founded in 1999, the Moya Centre has transformed and evolved through creating appropriate responses to community needs. It works within a development framework, seeking to achieve long-term sustainable change. It is now a well-established safe space for orphaned and vulnerable children in the Mahlanya community.

Created in 2014, Le Village d’Eva aims to provide assistance to out-of-school children on the island of Mayotte, a French department where thousands of children do not go to school. The mission of Le Village d’Eva focuses on two points: advocacy to sensitize institutions, the media, and the population to the issues facing out-of-school children and actions such as street school to learn basic knowledge and accompany families in the school registration process.

L’association Comité Afro Européen RDC is an organization that provides assistance to vulnerable orphan children, particularly those who work in mines, in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
A 2018 grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network supported the association’s program to promote education for youth in mines by helping to set up a school library for children.

Defense for Children International Palestine is an independent, local Palestinian child rights organization dedicated to defending and promoting the rights of children living in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. For twenty-five years, they have investigated, documented, and exposed grave human rights violations against children; held Israeli and Palestinian authorities accountable to universal human rights principles; and advocated at the international and national levels to advance access to justice and protection for children.

Since its establishment in 1994, Mifumi has directly changed the lives of more than 50,000 women and their children through comprehensive services in education, health care, micro-enterprises, and domestic violence advocacy. Being based directly in the countryside is one of MIFUMI’s greatest strengths, making it easier to reach grassroots people. Some of its most important contributions have been reforms in bride-price and domestic violence. Safe Hands for Girls was founded in 2013 by Jaha Dukureh to help bring an end to female genital mutilation (FGM) and other forms of gender-based violence globally. Through programs in The Gambia and Georgia, the organization provides support to survivors of FGM, mobilizes young people as leaders in the campaign to end FGM, and advocates at the national level for laws, policies, and plans of action to end FGM. Safe Hands for Girls is a leader in the global campaign to end FGM.
