05/15/2026 – In the favelas of Coroadinho, Brazil, our friends at NEDUC – Associação Núcleo De Educação Comunitária do Coroadinho are creating spaces for learning, dialogue, and connection through adult literacy classes.
Literacy is not just about reading and writing. It is about expanding access, building confidence, and strengthening people’s ability to participate fully in community life. At NEDUC, literacy education helps adults become more self-sufficient, and participate more fully in community life.
