Hand, Heart and Soul Project is a US-based nonprofit that works to provide nutrient-dense foods to communities, and empower those communities to grow their own food. To provide communities with food options, they build gardens and coordinate farm stands with produce from local farmers that use sustainable and environmentally friendly growing practices. They also have programs connecting child care providers and families to these resources. Additionally, the project provides wellness education programs teaching how to grow, cook, and eat healthy food.
