Eyewitness Palestine

Founded in 2001, Eyewitness Palestine (EP) is an education program that inspires and trains participants to be accountable lifelong social justice advocates in the Palestine solidarity movement within their own communities.  EP was created in response to a call from Palestinian and Israeli peace activists to bring people to the region to experience the harsh realities and injustices of Palestine through the eyes of those that live there. EP’s Education and Advocacy Program is designed for participants to learn directly from Palestinian and Israeli human rights defenders, community organizers, and citizens. Since 2001, EP has hosted more than 1,300 delegates.

A 2023 grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network supported Eyewitness Palestine’s land and agriculture co-op in the West Bank.
