Charte.ge is dedicated to giving internet access to students in the country of Georgia. The organization works mostly in rural settlements of internally displaced people, often refugees from the 2008 Russo-Georgian War. Chart.ge equips students with everything they need to make the most of the internet, including mentorship, guidebooks, training in media literacy, and online education.

A 2023 grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network funded computer equipment and internet access for seven students.
