Le Centre d’Accueil des Enfants en Détresse (CAED) Sainte Thérèse de Loumbila

The Le Centre d’Accueil des Enfants en Détresse (Reception Center for Children in Need) (CAED) Sainte Thérèse de Loumbila was formed in 1995 by the Missionary Workers of the Immaculate, and is a center which welcomes and accompanies orphans and children in distress. It located in Loumbila, 18 km northeast of Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso. Their work includes welcoming, educating and training children, orphans and/or the underprivileged, providing shelter, food and clothing. Beyond material aid, they also offer education and training to facilitate their integration into society.
