The Korea Federation for Environmental Movements is a non-profit organization in South Korea that focuses on environmentalism, and is the largest environmental NGO in South Korea. The group was founded in April 1993 as a federation of eight environmental groups, the largest being the Korean Anti-Pollution Movement Association. The work include campaigns and advocacy, research projects, and conservation work. Their past projects has included stopping harmful construction such as a proposed nuclear waste dump on Gureop Island, a dam construction on the Dong River, and a golf course in the Gaya Mountain National Park.
