Edible Schoolyard Project

The Edible Schoolyard Project (ESYP) uses school gardens, kitchens, and cafeterias to teach students about food, nature and community. Their project-based curriculum offers students hands-on learning experiences across more than 5,800 programs across 75 countries around the world. Their programs also connect students to social issues such as climate change and public health.

Currently the group is working on developing a new hybrid/in-person model for their summer 2022 trainings. The new training model will offer immersive and sensory onsite gatherings alongside the free, accessible and popular digital programming that ESYP provided during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
