The Afghan Mobile Mini-Circus for Children is an educational project that uses circus activities to empower youth, build joyful communities, and promote peace in war-torn Afghanistan!
Around 1,500 children and youth attend their programs and learn juggling, unicycling, acrobatics, theater, singing, puppetry, and magic tricks. These students then perform and conduct workshops across the country, spreading awareness about health, land mines, the importance of education, and other issues along the way. MMCC encourages children to lead and to learn from each other, with three-quarters of the circus activities led by children!
We’re honored to do our small bit to support this important work! See how here.
