Wartists supports artists from war and conflict zones by curating and showcasing their artworks. The initiative is a project of ArtLords. Established in 2015, ArtLords are a group of Afghan artists and activists using street art to promote messages of hope and peace, including on blast walls in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Wartists, Inc. and ArtLords assisted Afghan artists during the last August’s Taliban conquering Afghanistan. Wartists and ArtLords have also shared expertise and institutional resource to help Ukraine and Ukrainian artists.
