Founded in 2012, Raise Your Voice Saint Lucia Inc provides material support and social services to women and children experiencing gender-based violence. The organization invests in preventing future incidences of domestic violence by educating their community through training, organized clubs, and fundraising events. In addition, Raise Your Voice protects victims of domestic violence through a confidential 24-hour crisis phone line, legal advocacy, and medical response programs.
A 2023 grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network supported the effort to provide basic food items for those most in need, including: women with children, the elderly, and disabled community members.
