Plenitud PR

Plenitud PR is a 501c3 non-profit educational farm and teaching center dedicated to service, sustainability, and community in Puerto Rico. They provide people with sustainability skills and knowledge needed to encourage inner growth and to live in harmony with themselves, each other, and the natural world. The heart of their service is experiential learning in sustainability that engages people in community service, fosters relationships, and creates connections. In Las Marías, where the organization is based, there is limited access to educational and job opportunities, reliable power and water services, and local, fresh food. The organization’s five programmatic areas (Agriculture, BioConstruction, Water Security, Children and Youth, and Senior Care) provide education and job opportunities in sustainable technologies and offer services to the community’s most vulnerable members.

A 2024 grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network supported Plenitud PR’s Senior Care program, which provided farm-fresh meals to seniors in need.

In 2022, our sister organization, the L/G Foundation, was proud to support their emergency and recovery efforts following Hurricane Fiona.
