Andy Singer is a political cartoonist and is the co-chair for the Saint Paul Bicycle Coalition, which strives to establish bicycle friendly culture and infrastructure in Saint Paul, Minnesota through thoughtful public participation and a strong network of cyclists, politicians, and interested citizens working for positive change.
A 2013 grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network was used to install bike racks and corrals in a variety of locations in downtown Saint Paul, as well as to support the group’s online outreach efforts.
The Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota served as the fiscal sponsor for this grant.
