Palestine Children’s Relief Fund

The Palestine Children’s Relief Fund is a non-political, non-profit, 501(c)3 organization that was established in 1991 by concerned U.S. citizens seeking to address the medical and humanitarian crisis facing Palestinian youth in the Middle East. It has since expanded to help suffering children from the region, based only on their medical needs.

A 2022 grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network supported Palestine Children’s Relief Fund’s work providing training, equipment and medication to the pediatric department at Jericho Hospital.

Two 2021 grants from the Cultures of Resistance Network supported the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund’s work treating children with thalassemia in Jenin, West Bank, and the organization’s pediatric cancer department in Gaza.

A 2018 grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network supported the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund’s Handicapped Child Sponsorship program. The program provides hundreds of chronically ill and disabled children in Palestine and Lebanon’s camps with the support and assistance that they need.

A 2011 grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network was used to help cover medical costs for a four-year old Bedouin girl who was shot in the neck and paralyzed by an IDF bullet.
