Beit El Baraka is an organization based in Lebanon that works to ensure a sense of dignity for Lebanese families that have been deprived of their most basic needs and rights. In a spirit of respect and support, it aims to provide a tailor-made accurate and beneficial response to Lebanon’s economic and multidimensional challenges that are harming many retired citizens. Its mission is to assist Lebanese citizens in their struggle with the increasing cost of living. The organization’s support program was designed to secure their basic needs with food, decent housing, education, and medical support.
A 2020 grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network supported Beit El Baraka’s disaster response efforts after the August 4, 2020 explosion in Beirut.
