Barracão d’Angola

Barracão d’Angola is a permanent cultural center in the village of Serra Grande, Bahia, and home to the Capoeira Center Angola. The center works to preserve the dance and culture of Bahia, such as by hosting capoeira trainings and acting as a living and meeting space for traveling capoeiristas. The building also supports eco-conscious construction in the Mata Atlantic Forest.
