African Children’s Educational Trust (A-CET) is a nonpolitical non-profit organization that funds educational support programs within Ethiopia through the local group EYES. A-CET funds long-term scholarships for vulnerable youth who would otherwise be unable to attend full-time education. The group also builds and improves rural community elementary schools using local materials and hiring local labor. A-CET believes these small-scale, targeted, supervised projects are the most effective way of supporting development though education.

A grant from the Cultures of Resistance Network helped equip classrooms with additional desk-sets.
