UJSARIO International Youth Forum for Western Sahara

UJSARIO  International Youth Forum for Western Sahara (Unión de la Juventud de Saguia el Hamra y Rio de Oro) is a Sahrawi youth organization that was founded in 1984 through the merger of Unión de Estudiantes Saharauis (Sahrawi Students’ Union, or UESARIO) and the Polisario Youth Front. It operates from the Sahrawi refugee camps in Tindouf, Algeria, and focuses on organizing youth and students within the exile community and promoting the interest of youth within the POLISARIO and the Sahrawi republic. In November 2021, UJSARIO organized a forum in Malaga, Spain, with more than 147 participants, originating from fifty-three countries.
