The Festival de Cine y Derechos Humanos de Vieques (Vieques Film and Human Rights Festival) (FCDHV) is a festival dedicated to the promotion and defense of human rights. The third edition of the festival, scheduled for December 8 to 11, 2022, is focused on Climate Justice and the recognition that climate change can have different social, economic, public health and other adverse impacts on populations.
