El Josco Bravo is an agroecological production and education project located in the foothills of the town of Toa Alta, Puerto Rico. Their Josco Bravo Agroecological Project has a philosophy that agroecology will allow us to achieve global food sovereignty by addressing the agricultural, environmental and social crisis on the planet.
The productive facets of Josco Bravo includes agroecological production of vegetables and fruits and artisanal production using organic fruit juices harvested. The educational facets includes offering courses and workshops aimed at agroecological training, such as courses including a course for agroecological producers and promoters, an advanced agroecology course, and a technical course on plowing with oxen.
